  1. WHEN IS STAR CITY OPEN?

Tuesday to Friday 2PM to 10PM

Saturday and Sunday to 1PM to 10PM

  1. WHAT KIND OF TICKETS DO YOU SELL?

  • We only sell the Star Pass and the Star Pass plus Snow World. 

  • The Star Pass gives access to the park, the newest attractions, and all rides, subject to individual ride restrictions. The price is P779. Snow World is subject to a separate fee. 

  • The Star Pass plus Snow World gives access to the park, the newest attractions, and all rides, and Snow World is subject to individual ride restrictions. The price is P989.

  • Please note that coin and token-operated rides and games are subject to separate fees.

  • We do not sell entrance-only tickets. The Star Pass has both an admission fee component (P80) and rides/facilities component. It is however sold as a single bundled whole.

 

  1. WHERE CAN I BUY STAR PASS & SNOW WORLD PASSES?

         To be sure you are purchasing valid and genuine tickets, purchase only from www.starcity.com.ph or the Star City Gate.

 

  1. UNTIL WHEN ARE TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE VALID?

         All tickets purchased online are valid within 30 days. They may be used any day the park is operating on or before expiration date.

 

  1. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?

         You will receive an Acknowledgement Receipt through email containing a link to your QR code.

 

  1. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PURCHASING MY TICKET?

          You may send an email to [email protected] for assistance. You may also proceed to the Park Relations Desk located at the main entrance during park hours for assistance.

 

  1. CAN I AVAIL OF THE PWD & SENIOR CITIZENS DISCOUNT?

          Yes, PWD & Senior Citizen discount can be availed of at the designated priority lane located at the main entrance. The online system cannot process PWD or Senior Citizen discount eligible purchases.

 

  1. ARE CHILDREN FREE OF CHARGE?

         Children below 34 inches may enter for free. 

 

  1. ARE WHEELCHAIRS AND STROLLERS AVAILABLE? HOW MUCH?

         Yes, wheelchairs and strollers are available for rent at retail booth #1.

         Wheelchair/Stroller (Max. Capacity 25 kilos)

            P100/hour

            P250/3 hours

            P399 - Unlimited Time

        Scooter (Max. Capacity 320 lbs)

            P150/hour

            P350/3 hours

            P550 – Unlimited Time

            Note: You need to leave your ID to rent. Promo rates may change without prior notice.

 

  1. ARE LOCKERS AVAILABLE? HOW MUCH?

         Yes, lockers are available for rent. 

  • Small Locker – P30 per 3 hours (same rate applies in excess)

          Dimensions: 52cm x 39cm x 10cm

  • Big Locker – P50 per 3 hours (same rate applies in excess)

          Dimension: 52cm x 39cm x 23cm

 

  1. ARE PETS ALLOWED?

         Pets are not allowed inside the park.  

 

   12. IS A HEALTH DECLARATION REQUIRED?

          Under Alert Level 1, health declaration forms are no longer mandatory.

 

  13. DO YOU ALLOW BRINGING IN OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE INSIDE THE PARK?

         Food and beverage from outside are not allowed to be brought inside the park except for baby milk and food items. 

 

  14. HOW CAN I INQUIRE ABOUT LEASING SPACES?

         You may call our Sales & Marketing office at 88323249 to inquire about leasing spaces. 

 

  15. DO YOU OFFER BIRTHDAY PROMOS? 

          Birthday celebrator will get a FREE STAR PASS - just bringing 4 paying companions.

  16. WHO SHOULD I TALK TO FOR SCHOOL OR CORPORATE BOOKINGS?
